Actually, for me 12-16-4 is more related to dominant Te or Fe (Te is the most), and also with Enneagram 1 or 8 (E1 is the most), this karmic tail also has a choleric temperament. Because in the past, people who had an Emperor karmic tail were leaders (it can be a king, queen, or someone who had full control). They had great control, but they abused their power.
