Okay yeah the O5 Council is definitely a bunch of INTJs and ENTJs sitting in a room, organizing and controlling everything the SCP Foundation is doing. I'm gonna go with INTJ-dominant because they give off more of a "let's get this done" vibe rather than a "I'm going to check on you and make sure it's done right" vibe. Considering that they hardly ever intervene in what the Foundation does.
