He seems to be a Te user rather than a Ti user. He's the kind of person who would employ advisors to come up with ideas and strategies for him, and then assume the commander position, which is child Te. If he were an ENTP, he'd be more of a brainstormer and he would execute and test out his own ideas, which I didn't really see from him. He never questioned any info his lawyers gave him, and without help he would've been unable to come up with ideas on his own. He has low Ti, Ne, and zero Si. He's also rather impulsive and not a natural long-term planner, he gets away from his actions by finding ways to cover them up AFTER he does them (Se > Ni), so he isn't an xNTJ. He does things because he feels like doing them, not because there's some sort of master plan he wants to carry out (Fi > Te).
