Well, I would say that he's an INTP because he uses Ti most of the time to give a very logical and interesting answer (dominant Ti). He is interested in scientific theories (e.g. once, he mentioned that he believes in the theory that we're living in frames of planck time) and religion (abstract thinking). INTPs and ISTPs both have dominant Ti but INTPs are more interested in theories and abstract thinking but ISTPs prefer ONLY looking at proven facts and are not that interested in abstract thinking. So, that's why my estimate for him is INTP.
