"Arin是什么人格? Arin是MBTI中的ENTJ人格类型,九型中的1w9 - sx/so - 164,五大类型中的,Socionics中类型。"
One forum post online describes 1w9 so/sx as follows: "strong-willed, confrontational individuals who hold tightly to their own beliefs and rarely entertain opposing views. Intellectual Alphas, they tend to express open contempt for ideas or systems they see as weak, fake, or hypocritical... Their belief systems, whether political, personal, or artistic, are usually rigid and non-negotiable, with a deep commitment to their version of truth but also ushered in by compliance to dogmas." While his Te-Ni should be painfully obvious to anyone who read even a quarter of the Jasad Heir (let alone the rest of the duology), Arin's tritype and socionics are slightly harder to pin down. I land on 164 due to his utterly unshakeable internal code of ethics, paired with his curiosity about and ultimate willingness/ability to engage with the world around him. He plans for every possible contingency out of anxiety over the unknown/uncontrollable; coupled with his appreciation for architecture and mapmaking, 164 seems to encompass his multifaceted personality relatively well. One thing I'll note about Arin is that, despite his icy facade, he cannot (as Katherine Favre's website puts it) "turn a blind eye to others" whom he feels he should help---as evidenced by his nimwa system, for instance. Sylvia notices early in their relationship that Arin has constructed his entire worldview/moral code around the idea that magic is corrosive, and it's true that he adheres to those beliefs almost to a fault. But as the series progresses, it becomes increasingly obvious that Arin is also willing to ask tough questions in pursuit of doing the right thing, no matter where those questions lead him. Really brilliant character whose motivations I can always understand, even when they make me want to put my head through a wall.
