Alanik is an UrDail from ReDawn. She is imitated by Spensa while Spensa goes to Starsight. Alanik is described as having light violet skin/eyes, white hair, and bone protrusions out of her cheeks. In the novella "ReDawn", she befriends Skyward Flight and saves her planet. It is implied that she likes Arturo Mendez (AKA Amphisbaena), and he helps her decide on her callsign - Angel. She continues as a part of Skyward Flight throughout the rest of the series.
