Flexible types find it hard to actively commit to helping people, so they compensate with smaller, on-demand favours, being innocent and not demanding or judging anything. They do not have their own plans, so they adapt to other’s ones. They are prone to making promises they do not keep and sugarcoating. They may want to stop injustice and antisocial behaviour, but lack the motivation to actually do it.
