背景
Ganke was the roommate of Miles Morales at Brooklyn Visions Academy. After Miles was bitten by a radioactive spider, he rested in his dorm room while Ganke worked, oblivious to Miles's convulsions. The next day, when Miles woke up, he discovered his growth spurt and voiced his belief that he was going through puberty aloud, much to Ganke's confusion. Days later, Ganke entered his dorm, listening to music and initially oblivious to Miles and the Spider-Gang hiding on the ceiling. When reading a comic book, he eventually discovered them on the ceiling, fainting in shock, forcing the six to put Ganke on his bed. Eventually, Miles introduced himself to Ganke, as Spider-Man.
