my guy is an ISTP 😼🎈 he really is his Ti-Se loop in most of his videos. the reason of him being not an INTP, is because INTP tert function is "Si". Si always tend to follow a particular step, not necessarily a rule but sometimes using example. he doesn't seem to care about following every foot step. that's his Se right there, if he doesn't have any ingredient, he tend to use a similar substitute. if there was slightly Si function in him he would've simply not completed the recipe. speaking as a Si dom myself he doesn't have any trait of Si. he really can't be an INTJ as well since his Se is not that low to be one. as for his ennegram : 9w8 seems to fit the best. here's pretty calm in most of his video, even if his food looks like an atomic bomb he doesn't seem to mind it. but he also likes to experiment and take risks with his recipe. that's what kinda makes him unique.
