Sometimes considered part of the Great Old Ones, while other times just a large (and mutated) Deep One. He rules over the lesser specimens of his kind, being considered their monarch and parent. Dagon is worshipped by the Esoteric Order of Dagon, a secret cult based in Innsmouth that considers him as their father.
