I'm so shocked there isn't a single introverted vote when I thought this dude is obviously introverted. Cognitive introversion (Jungian) means comfort with the subjective foundation and wariness of the outer world. This dude was a pacifist before he literally got traumatised and developed a double personality. I see it pretty obviously as disintegration from INFJ self to ESTP grip. He's hyperfocused on his inferior Se because of his trauma and defines it as "strength", if he's not strong then no one will like him (strongly valued Fe). However, this is an "extraversion disintegration" of a natural calm introverted. He connects back with his dominant Ni understanding "mental strength" this way perfecting this Ni-Se axis mental-physical strength and tames his demon. He also understands (Ti) he doesn't have to be strong to have friends.
