Sonic's stalker-fan from the Boom Episode unabashedly titled "The Biggest Fan." He was temporarily Sonic's personal assistant with a tendency to self-bash and overly criticize all but him. Despite his obsessive behaviors, he's acutely observant and capable (although possessive).
