i dont think she uses ne tbh, she doesn't pursue possibilities and clues. The two suspicious person directly attracted her attention and were directly convinced in her own mind that they were the people she was looking for. she hadn't even gathered any proper clues yet, she was just convinced that the two were the people she was looking for, and she pursued them with the goal of catching them red-handed. she also said that she is trusting her foresight. I don't know she really just seems ni to me she was together with kokomi ( who uses ti-ne)in the event and The difference in the way their minds works was so obvious 😭
