Commander Parker (formerly referred as Major Parker) is a minor character introduced in the first season. He worked for Colonel Jasper F. Castle and his army, but resigned after learning of his alliance with Miles Dread. He was later recruited by Forge Ferrus and became the commander of N-Tek's undersea base. Parker debuted in Uncle Sam Wants You! and is voiced by Vincent Tong. Parker is a serious and righteous individual with a strong sense of justice.
