Beta Quadra is defined by strongest energy levels and higher than medium material transformation among all four quadras. Core position - social influence: power built upon implementing mass organisation. Because of the way that structuring new obligations and outcomes affects resource distribution, excessive spending and growing depravity in material terms occurs (hence why authors describe Beta quadra as "uneconomical"). Eventually, perceived social totality becomes standard for those in power; soon-after the new empire stagnates in it's own idealistic passion.
