Extraversion is generally more assertive than Introversion by default; and that's no different between Fi and Fe. Nevermind he doesn't try to change/affect/adjust to the environment's mood at all, nor make judgements based on it. Quite the opposite. We don't know what he even thinks about the situation for the most part, because his judgements are all introverted and self-referencing; hence, no externally judging function is being used at all for the most part. Wanna know what an ISFJ is like in this series? Look at Hyun-Ju (the trans girl). She tries to - subtly and individually - affect other's moods constantly, either cheering them up, or using force (slapping that "voodoo" chick) to 'motivate' them. This is Fe.
