I understand why people would think this character is ISFJ, but let me tell you why I am 100% sure that she is INFJ. ALERT: I talk about some of the dialogue in the game, if you're not comfortable with that as a possible spoiler, please avoid reading further. First, I am INFJ myself, I can see quite well what has in her mind.. and it's easy to spot because her words reflect exactly that, here's a few examples: - "I didn't ask because I wanted an apology, I asked because I wanted to know why you said that" (To the hair Saloon) This is the CLASSIC misunderstanding of INFJs that happen with people, and also, we love understanding the deep inner workings of other people, this is our favorite shit quite literally. - "I will help" (in any situation possible) nothing to say about this one, as an INFJ (and also other types like ISFJ for example) helping is at our core, but it's not our main drive, our main reason is to find the truth and understand those around us. - "This flooding was on purpose to cover a crime" her Ni at work which is her most used function as INFJ, gave her the answer almost immediately. She subconsciously gathered all the pieces (The program to unflood the city, the anonimity of the person that provided this pointer, the crime) and something seemed off but she couldn't explain where, then everything clicked. This is a classic pattern seeing that as an INFJ myself not only I can understand it, but I had the same thought at the same moment which is quite scary and difficult to explain to someone else how it happend in my head. - *In front of the Memory Tower* "Mother sphere is hiding something from us.. I will uncover the truth" of course this is what really matters to INFJ, we don't care if we could upset someone or go against the world, when something is false, we look for the answers, we don't care how painful it is or the energy needed in order to achieve it. - *Barry quest with Grapes* "I'm sorry I lied to you" "I'll let it slide just this once" For us INFJ the truth really matters, and for me personally, it's a huge disrespect being lied to, as it makes me think the other person thinks I cannot handle the truth. It's interesting seeing EVE which is usually very calm and forgiving, giving a tantrum like this for a lie, it really is an INFJ thing and not many other people, after all, it's not the context that matters, but the lying itself that we care about. There might be other examples, but I am just 20h into the game.. I will eventually add more, feel free to discuss with me.
