背景
Mogami Taeko (最上 妙子もがみ たえこ, Mogami Taeko; "Taeko Mogami"), also known as "Queen Mogami" (91クイーン最上, Kuīn Mogami), is Referee #91 in Kakerou. She is the exclusive Referee for Kurama Ranko. Mogami is a very open-minded individual and is the type to have no limits; to that end, she hates narrow-mindedness and has an increasing urge to 'taste' everything, including the complexity of humans. Mogami hates being used and refuses to be manipulated by anyone, believing that everything in this world is for her to use; there is only one person who can do what they want with Referee Mogami.
