She's definitely Fi>Ne, she never had friends growing up as her grandma was the most important thing in her life, once she died she grieved for her so much she had several visons of her coming to visit her. Everytime she made a decision she prioritized her own feeling and values, not thinking of how it affected anyone around her, like when Rayner asked her to teach him how to read.
