I thought she was way more Ni than Si! Her whole plan to trap Freddie and bring Him into reality was so Ni. She coupled her Ti with her dom Ni to understand Freddie conceptually, so that she would be able to stop him. Compare her with Tina and Glenn (Se dom.) they both just reacted to what was happening around them. Nancy (Ni dom) tried to figure out everything that was happening and rationally understand it so she could stop Freddie. (Ni-Ti.) not to mention she went with her gut about Freddie from the beginning! Would an Si dom really be that accepting about the idea of Freddie? She goes with her gut throughout the whole movie.

Nancy Thompson is a character in A Nightmare on Elm Street and A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors. She was the daughter of alcoholic mother Marge Thompson and police sergeant Donald Thompson. In her final year of high school, she was the heroine whose life was put into jeopardy by a villainous dream stalker who killed her friends. Following high school, Nancy began working as a dream researcher at Westin Hills, trying to help the last of the Elm Street children from being killed by Freddy Krueger.
