From a psychological standpoint, Theon would have both PTSD and probably Other Specified Dissociative Disorder, or OSDD. According to the DSM change from IV-V, what was previously considered DDNOS-3, which was classified as a Dissociative Disorder with specific symptoms such as an identity change through brainwashing, was later categorized as OSDD. I think this would explain his identity shift between Theon Greyjoy and Reek due to the brainwashing and torture he experienced from Ramsay Bolton. In this case, I would see Theon as an ESFP SX4 and Reek as probably an ISFJ SX9 or SP6. Kind of like Anakin Skywalker who experienced an identity shift due to severe trauma (being burned alive and surgically reformed into a cyborg) who's identity as Darth Vader is distinct from Anakin -- given they have two different personalities, thought patterns, behaviors, etc. One could also argue that Palpatine brainwashed Anakin to form the Darth Vader persona, which became a distinct personality as well. The same goes for Theon and Reek - they are distinct identities that were formed due to brainwashing, thus, I would think a modern psychiatrist would see him as a case study for OSDD.
背景
Theon Greyjoy was a son of Lord Balon Greyjoy of Pyke. After the deaths of his brothers Rodrik & Maron during Greyjoy’s Rebellion, Theon became the heir to Pyke. However, due to his warding at Winterfell he culturally detached from the Ironborn, wherefore his sister Yara was developing into their father’s successor. He was gelded by Ramsay Snow, and died whilst defending Brandon Stark from the invasion of White Walkers in the godswood of Winterfell.
