I love ESTJs when they drop their Te overload. They can be pragmatic, considerable, straightforward and well respected hard-working individuals. Perhaps most fall for the stereotypes and refuse to look on the brighter side, as if ESTJ is a myth of pure “choleric” with no regard of other’s needs and opinions. I disagree. I’ve been living with one for about 16 years now. She’s hard to convince, but sometimes, all you need is to actively listen and you’ll become best partners when considering things that would “work”.
