ESFP makes the most sense to me here. Se is visible in his jokes and on reddit stories. Te is also noticeable in reddit stories; logic oriented insight that uses the perspectives of everyone involved. Ni is definitely there, but might not be expressed as much. Fi as second function should be prevalent, but its a little harder to see with Keith. I think it does make sense in how he talks about himself and his values, but it is not as clear as the rest. I could see people missing it. My theory: ESFP with under-expressed introverted functions because he thrives off Se.
