I agree that he values Ni, but I think he uses Fe not Te. He's very polite and diplomatic and conscious of the feelings of others. The way he emphasizes that it's Stocke's decision whether to join him or not (even though he so badly wants him to join) feels like Fe -- I think Te might be pushier. He values the safety of his friends and his men more than the success of the mission or even the war, which clashes with Stocke's perspective (Te aux)
背景
Stocke's best friend, and given the spotlight in the Alternate History. When Stocke chooses to leave Specint to fight alongside him, they begin a campaign to win the war for Alistel. Things do not work out.
