Admiral Ozzel was known for being by-the-book hence it's easy to define him as a sensor. However, given he preferred tradition (Introverted Sensing) and was a very predictable man, this means he'd be best categorized as an SJ of some kind (this is also why Han Solo (a dom Se user) was able to easily outmaneuver him). However, given he was concerned with higher status, was self-serving and prefers a direct logic, he also uses Introverted Feeling and Extroverted Thinking, hence this narrows down to two possible types: ESTJ or ISTJ. Ozzel uses Introverted Sensing more than the rest. This is demonstrated as he was dismissive of others and frequently preferred what has already been used. Ozzel was more concerned about maintaining command and occasionally allowed his pride to interfere with his objectivity in terms of his assignments. Take his interactions with Vader and Piett before the Battle of Hoth into account, when Vader (an ISTJ) agreed with Admiral Piett, Ozzel came up with weak alternatives to Piett's observations.

Admiral Kendal Ozzel is a human male officer who served the Galactic Republic and the Galactic Empire in turn. Born on the planet Carida prior to the rise of the Empire, he served in the Republic Navy as a commissioned officer during the Clone Wars - a civil war fought in the galaxy during the last years of the Republic. After the war, his military career would continue under the new regime established by Emperor Sheev Palpatine. As an admiral, Ozzel was the commanding officer of the Executor - an Imperial Navy Executor-class Star Dreadnought and the flagship of the Sith Lord Darth Vader, at the time of the Galactic Civil War. In the year 3 ABY, he oversaw the initial attack on Hoth after the Empire discovered the location of the Rebel Alliance's secret base.
