He may have taken a test, but a test result means very little unless a person understands the theory. The tests are very fallible; I’m an INFP but have more than once tested INFJ and INTP and, once, ENFP. ENFPs are also more likely than some perceiving types to test J because of their strong Te, and Sheen’s Te seems particularly strong. I saw him on Comic Relief Bake Off a while back and, at that time, thought he might be a judger because of his competitiveness, but now that I’ve seen more of him, I just don’t see Fe or Ni at all. Ne emerges in almost everything he says and does, and he’s also clearly got strong Fi; what he expresses obviously comes from within him, rather than as an adaptation to the group. He has that ENFP quality of almost coming off like a thinker because the Te is quite strong and, as an extraverted function, is more visible. In addition to this, although his personality is heightened in Staged for the purposes of comedy, he’s playing a ‘version’ of himself in that, and that self is evidently a perceiver. I’d put my money on ENFP, test or no test.
