I took a glance at the many comments that affirm and explain why Anya is most likely an ENTP rather than an ENFP, and while I can see some people's motivations behind their reasoning, I disagree with them. Now I'm gonna explain why I personally think she's indeed an ENFP, but I don't aim to persuade any of you. Just wanna share my POV! Most of us agree with the fact that she's an Ne dom, and many people have already perfectly explained why, so I guess it'd be useless to re-write myself those same explanations. Let's talk about the Fi VS Fe, instead! To start with, I think it's pointless to compare those two cognitive functions, cause while ENFP's aux function is Fi, ENTP's aux functions isn't Fe but Ti. It'd make more sense to observe whether Anya's dominant Ne tend to manifest in cooperation with Fi or Ti, but whatever! Let's go step by step. So, we were saying: "Fi VS Fe"! Someone said it's evident she values Fe just because her judgments are shaped by other people's thoughts and opinions, as if she emulated other people's values and beliefs instead of having her own moral compass... Well, according to me that's not true. I mean, yes, oftentimes she uses to read her father's mind and then she determines who are the good ones and the bad ones based on his thoughts and convictions, but Loyd doesn't know Yor is a hitwoman / murderer for hire, yet Anya established on her own that that is not a "good thing", when she found out about it. She's perfectly capable to formulate her own thoughts and she does have her own opinions just like anyone else! Or is anybody implying that Fe users are unicellular organisms incapable of thinking, evaluating and deciding on their own? Lmao. Anya's a very sensitive little girl who gets offended easily, she's impulsive (remember when she punched Damien just because he was mocking her and her friend?), and she always speaks her mind no matter what. She says and does what feels spontaneous to her, I don't see her as a "people pleaser" just because she wants to impress her dad. Furthermore, the main reason why she wants to make a good impression on him is that she wanna be useful for the mission, and this is so Te! Te = objective thinking, everything is finalized to gain something, it's the most pragmatic cognitive function. She literally takes action in order to reach her goals, and she dreams of becoming a spy herself! She's literally obsessed with Bondman cartoon, she's curious and investigative, that's her idea of fun! Sounds like a Te child function. According to me: Ne >>> she's super imaginative, creative, talkative, curious, gathers from the abstracts and is open to several possibilities, and she's often with her head in the clouds. Fi >>> she behaves according to what feels right to her, she shows her emotions sincerely and she knows what she wants. When she wants to impress Loyd isn't "because she thinks that's objectively the right thing to do and his desires are her desires", but because he's her father and she wants him to be proud of her. It's all about feeling accepted, valued and useful. It's everything about her and her feelings! Te >>> once she thinks of a possibility through Ne and she determines whether that's a plausible thing to do or not through Fi, she rationally thinks of a way to take action to make said thing concrete / real through Te. Si >>> no need to explain, lol! Last but not least, I invite you to keep in mind that Fe is ENFP's demonstration / demonstrative function (Idk how to say in English, sorry, but I'm talking about the 2nd shadow function of a personality type), that theoretically is very strong too! — I still think Anya uses Fi more than Fe, tho. I admit that she's got a strong sense of duty, but that could depend on her enneagram type or on her inferior Si (also called aspirational function). She's loyal to her loved ones, her family. She wants to make Yor and especially Loyd proud of her because that would flatter her and feel good with herself, and that's it! Maybe with the arrival of the next season we'll get more data and some of us might change our mind...who knows! Based on what I saw so far, I'm pretty sure she's an ENFP. Could I be wrong? Of course! She's 5 and she's a fictional character, so I wouldn't take anything for granted anyways ahah

背景

Anya is a young girl who Twilight adopted from an orphanage as his daughter for his Operation: <STRIX> mission. What he doesn't know is that Anya is an experimental subject who escaped from a lab that gave her the power to read minds; labeled as <Subject 007>. Starving for excitement in her life after spending a year being circulated around various orphanages, Anya actively sought to be selected by Twilight for adoption, and made sure Twilight and Yor got together so she could have a spy and an assassin as her parents. Anya is the only Forger aware of just about everyone's Secret Identities, but keeps it to herself out of fear that if her psychic powers are exposed she'll lose her new family.
