Sx8: The need to take over the social sphere through emotions/feelings (power/control need— “passion of lust manifests here as the desire to possess the body and soul of an Eight’s beloved.“), if they feel a certain way they expect others would feel the same way too, due to e8 there is a layer of inner-emptiness in this subtype which is in contrast to sx2. Insecure love-need as compared to sx2 and all subtypes to their feeling of entitlement to love (They feel like they’re a “gift” to others). They use methods of fascination and threats to hold the center of attention and retain possessiveness, which is a stark difference to an sx2’s insincere method of self-aggrandized pride through connecting each other by flattery. “This outspoken, rebellious Eight likes to be seen as bad – or at least they don’t mind it -- and they tend not to feel any guilt over the rebellious things they do. Imo this subtype of e8 will look similar to that of e4, most specifically sx4 which is archetypically chaotic evil as well. Narcissism in sx8 is more displayed openly due to rebelling and their possessive need of control of relations, “Sexual Eights like to feel their power by possessing everyone’s attention. They express the idea that “the world begins to run when they arrive. “Sexual Eights express a need for dominance and power over others. They don’t want to lose control of anything or anyone, and they want to influence people with their words.” Which fits the facets of narcissism you’re trying to describe: grandiose sense of self-importance, unrealistic fantasies, and constant admiration. Unrealistic fantasies of their environment due to their over-exploitation of physical reality to subdue inner-emptiness and seek pleasure and intensity in life. A Sx2 fits chaotic neut while an sx8 fits chaotic evil as they’re more likely to spruce liveliness through their apparent rebellion of societal norms (and their avoidance of being controlled, of using their fascinating and threatening methods through antisocial actions to stay in control/dominance). An sx2’s would be more hidden due to oblivion towards shame out of the image heart triad type. [TL;DR] Sx2 will present themselves as much more “lovable” and needy-love based as compared to the antisocial theatrics of the sx8 and their constant need of staying in control due to avoidance of being abused. Also, there is a more adherence to an inner-emptiness of self in the sx8 which makes them seek out intensity through acting out on their antisocial impulses (which is why chaotic evil fits the sx8 and why chaotic neut fits the sx2). The sx8 possesses their social sphere through self-aggrandizement of aggressive, chaotic, and villainy actions while the sx2’s self-aggrandized pride is based on being seen as helpful and creating a dependency from others in order to achieve love-needs.
