In my opinion, he is too rational, strategic, assertive and looking forward to be an INFP with Te inefrior. He has a strong Fi, but INTJs can have strong Fi too. I have a feeling that people choose INFP because Kafka has identified himself in his characters. But Josef K. does not look like INFP even though he experienced similar problems as Kafka (INFP).
