I normally really hate NTJ ppl voting NTPs into INTJs (E.g. Elon Musk). But reading through Riemann's letters to his father, I think he's quite INTJ. First he's a workaholic, he is addicted to working and refuses to rest even it was doctors orders. Then he has some very uncontrollable Fi, he keeps complaining about no one understands him and how dark and lonely Gottingen is. He has only one friend, Dirchlet. And he has some storng Ni-Fi attachment to this friendship. All sounded pretty Ni-Fi to me.
