背景
Paimon is the overarching antagonist of the 1997 film Event Horizon, appearing as the main antagonist of its comic book prequel Event Horizon: Dark Descent. He is the king of the Chaos Realm, a hellish dimension separate from the universe in which the Event Horizon ended up instead of the Andromeda Galaxy due to his manipulations towards Dr. William Weir. Paimon used the death of Weir's wife, Claire's, and Weir's to become unleashed from the Chaos Realm. Paimon is also the entity behind the corruption of the Event Horizon, causing the vessel to become a living ship. His ultimate goal is to drag the entire humanity into the Chaos Realm, along with Planet Earth.
