Beliung’s polite yet sarcastic way of speaking, his decision to confront Reramos through a debate first, his seemingly playful, observer-like fighting style, and the way he keeps laughing at situations that are not funny at all all seem to reflect his Ne function to some extent. If you pay attention, Beliung’s fighting style also resembles Taufan’s when he fought Halilintar. Both seem to approach their opponents by provoking them first, only to strike when the opportunity presents itself. I think this could be an indication of his Ti function. Before losing control, I think his Fe was still somewhat evident. He was still willing to debate, stand up against Reramos, and even fight him for the sake of freeing Windara from Reramos’ grip. The impression that he uses Fi might actually come from the moment he loses control, when Bel-Bel becomes rather selfish and claims that he did all of this simply for fun. However, I don’t think losing control necessarily reflects the true personality of each elemental. If you look at Blizzard when he loses control, his behavior seems completely inconsistent with his original personality as well. This is just my opinion. 🙂↕️🙏
