Hoshi struck me like an unhealthy INFJ. From the beginning he was using his insights to try and control the situations he and his classmates found themselves in. An unhealthy use of Fe can lead unhealthy INFJs to seek to help people and have them join them in their cause/efforts at any cost, in a slightly manipulative way, which is what Hoshi seemed to be doing from the start. However, by his last appearances in the anime, he seemed to be in a much better place, resembling a healthy INFJ, offering his classmates a way to navigate the This Worlds, but relying on cooperation rather than manipulation, he seemed to have made peace with his power, his wish to help everyone and his classmates.
