The second I got to episode 4 I was thinking 'This dude is so clearly an ISTP but he is going to be mistyped as an ESTP instead' and here we are. There is no way Ti-Ni are not in dominant and tertiary positions if you really analyze the way he speaks, what he focuses on and the way he lets both Jobu and Izaya take the initiative and set the tone with him. Stereotypically it's true he really gives off the combination Se-Ti in proxemics, but beyond his physical presence, it's Ti that's driving his behavior and not viceversa. Developing Fe is very obvious too.
