just bc he showed basic human emotions and wasn't a d*ck he can't be an ISTP 🗿 I feel like I need to go under every ISTP character and say that people need to stop with the stereotypes. having aux Se means that there's a need to connect with the world as a way of receiving information and basing judgement. which explains his 'extrovertedness' and his decisions throughout the movie another point to explain his behavior, even though extroversion and introversion don't have much to do with cognitive functions, is that this man spent 40 years in prison, that's his home and where he's most comfortable so of course he's at ease there. which almost completely disappears once he's out of prison.
