Like a lot of others are pointing out, his personality throughtout most of the game up until chapter 4 was a persona, and even then you could see traces of his real one (when in chapter 3 he agrees to team up with Yoruko since it'll provide them the most efficient outcome = Te). Though he didn't act too differently in terms of personality, the cognitive function use is clearly different. While his persona is a clear Ne dom, his plan in chapter 4 tells a different story, one of Te-Ni use. It's especially clear in how he predicted Yuki would attack Shinji despite it being far from a conclusion anyone could get to (strong Te-Ni combo). His confidence in his own plan to the point where he willingly knocked himself out shows so much Te too. Sorry if this is a bit of shakey reasoning, I don't remember the game perfectly but I'm positive he's ENTJ.
