Lol these comments about she's being an Isfp are killing me. What is even their excuse? Because she likes to draw with water colors and people think that's all Isfp do? Doing art? WHERE IS HER SE??????? Everything about her screams Si. You could even say she's a Si-dom because of her Fi-si loop, talking about her past and how she felt about it all the time. Afraid to go against the diamonds and a clearly thoughts about hierarchy. She's not trying to "experience" the world and be in touch with it, worried about being and keeping up with everything in the present moment, as a Se person is. "gotta experience the today, tomorrow nobody knows what's gonna come" that's how a person with a strong Se works. I wonder... does Lapis act like that? NO! She's always thinking what is going to happen. This Se function are not within her at all. So by know, her Si> Se and her Ne>Ni, Lapis was never an understanding person, knowing where "that person works like that because of that", hell, she even rejects Peridot a lot before giving her a chance. Does that sound like a Ni person to you guys? Ni people are open minded. Steven was the one who even gave her that idea by living on earth, giving her peace which she fell in love with; he literally show her a reason to her Fi works. He listen to her, doesn't invalidated her feelings and showed that he cared. Her dominant function that was only working with Fi-si loop finally could stop. (which would come back in the last seasons). Lapis is always talking about the diamonds and "if we obey, the may go easy on us" That's a very TE-Si thing to say. What is Lapis afraid of? The diamonds and their commands. That gives Lapis a very Te inf. You must remember the inf function is our fears and enemies, but also the function we're using all the time without even knowing. Lapis is always trying to predict what is gonna happen based on her own values and experiences, with also always considering the hierarchy of the diamonds. She have a very special way with art and fell in love with earth, thanks to Steven, seeing beauty (since he was like the only being who ever treated her nice before Peridot came. That gives her a pretty much Fi, Ne, Si, Te. Please, stop trying to type her as ISFP, she isn't one AT ALL.

She used to despise Garnet, Amethyst, and Pearl for forgetting she was trapped in a mirror and for being the reason why Homeworld mistook her for a Crystal Gem, but after her liberation in "Super Watermelon Island", she has more or less put her resentment of them aside for the time being. She loves and respects Steven and has become fiercely protective of him after freeing her.
