Pretty clear ESxP in Sun and Moon given his backstory- Se dominant types especially are pretty likely to figure that they're better off on the streets than whatever unbearable situation they get stuck with in life's lottery, and it's worth noting that Guzma doesn't seem to consider much the consequences of his own actions (see: his dealings with the Aether Foundation) which is a common manifestation of inferior Ni. What convinces me of ESTP specifically though is that the way he engages with his own emotions consistently brings the archetypal energy of the Trickster with it- the consequences when he does so are often chaotic and destructive (both for himself and others), something that suggests he has trickster Fi. It's also worth noting that he has a consistent habit of 1) tearing down others' rationales for doing things, and 2) insulting other people's intelligence, both of which being behaviors consistent with Critic Te as it manifests in ExTP types.
