She suppresses so much anger craving to let them know that she's more than that. But at the same time she starts to feel guilty after letting it out. She wants to express her true self but as we all know no other Gods and Goddesses are like that, which is clearly shown since the first episode how they (except Persephone, Athena, Hades, and very few others) negatively feel about Eris' powers without getting to know her.
