could someone please give an explanation as to why they see Oliver as a Ti-Fe user and not Te-Fi? to me, he seems to be a very obvious introverted Te-Fi user. his logic is based on established facts, and his knee-jerk response to pretty much every situation is to draw from objective knowledge, which seems more like Te than Ti. for instance, his response to the concept of high school relationships is always to state various statistics, such as how "the brain doesn't reach full level of maturity until the age of 25", to defend his stance. this may also be a way of masking his less-developed Fi. he strongly opposes romantic relationships, not because of an internal logical framework that decides what makes sense/doesn't make sense to him (Ti), but because he has a strong moral and emotional stance on the topic (Fi), which he attempts to defend by relying on objective facts (Te). he also seems to use Fi when he complains about songs needing "deeper meaning". he has a very strong opinion about music, based on his morals and emotions. however, his inferior Ne makes it hard for him to actually come up with an original idea for a song that would fit his standards, hence why he turns to Sara for help. i'm not 100% sure that everything i've said is right, this was written very quickly lmao. but i am under the impression that Oliver is an ISTJ, and if my opinion changes, i will update it. please suggest counterpoints if you disagree, i am curious to hear the argument for Ti-Fe :)
