Alexander is quite an interesting character. Here is the explanation why i think his MBTI is ESFJ. At first the Fe obvious really obvious here. Alexander is a boy who is very sympathetic. He blends in easily, is focusing at what others are doing and is a good communicator. He wants Elias to feel safe and welcome, he is checking in with him constantly and is very tactical when he talks to others. He likes social harmony and is quite conflict avoidant. Si. This one is not that obvious at first sight. Many people type open-minded characters like Alexander as ENFJ. I thought that too at first, but after the second time i was focusing at the functions more. Alexander is talking a lot about his past experiences and uses them to guide him through life. For example he was bullied and therefore he learned to defend himself against them. He wants someone who completely likes him back and he wants stability. In combination with his Ne he likes to try new experiences to fullfill his physical sensations and to have fun. That is in combination with his enneagram, because he is a 7. Ne. This one is more obvious than the Si. Alexander is open- minded, a little bit impulsive and likes to try new things. He is quite random and can be very creative. He doesn't jump to conclusions and is very forgiving and accepting. This shows a combination of Ne and Fe. He is by definition not a guy who is very much into setting goals, but he seeks comfort and stability in his relationships and friends. I think ENTP is also very possible, but i do not see any Ni in his character.
