Bill, a 16-year-old boy with a passion for mechanics, dreams of designing robots that can mimic human emotions. When he gets the chance to collaborate with classmates on a school project, he eagerly dives into creating robots that can replicate human behaviors. But Bill doesn’t stop there—he becomes obsessed with pushing the boundaries, determined to make a robot that can feel—one that can experience emotions like a real person. As his creations take shape, Bill starts to use them for darker purposes. He sends the robots out to observe people he despises, learning to mimic not just their behaviors, but their emotions. Bill begins to take advantage of this, using the robots to manipulate, control, and hurt those who have wronged him. Rather than confronting the moral implications of his actions, Bill embraces the power his creations give him, seeing them as tools for revenge. The robots, growing more advanced and autonomous, begin to take on their own twisted personalities.
