Apply to individuals who have publicly claimed an official diagnosis, or QUOTE where public documentation/records that clearly show evident neurodivergent patterns. Systemic Flaws: MBTI, Enneagram etc are built on neurotypical (NT) assumptions/standards. ND should be viewed as the hardware, not personality/software. ND traits(Dyslexia, ADHD-I, ASD etc) are often routinely misread as specific personality types. Many ND people adopt masking (un)consciously, mimicking NT behaviors to fit in or survive, which distorts their authentic psychological preferences. For example, a ND person may naturally possess a strong internal desire for closure, predictable structure, schedules, organized spaces etc. However, they may physically struggle to execute their desired plans, their life can look chaotic, flexible, or disorganized from the outside. As a result, their expressed struggles were falsely typed as a "natural P" rather than their cognitive preferences being typed as "J".
