Burr is not the same type as Richard Roper, in my opinion. I think they both interpret causal realities in a mechanical way (Te), but Burr maps and collects information in a way that conveys context in a more concrete and localized fashion (Si). Her anecdote about the gas attack is a good example; it conveys all of the information pertinent to the attack itself. We never hear any dialogue from her such as the following: Roper: "War as spectator sport...We are Emperors of Rome, Andrew. Blood and steel, the only elements that ever meant anything." This quotation from Roper, during the weapons test, places their scenario in a non-specific (aka thematic, symbolic, etc.) context.
