If she were the typical snobby ILI pessimist, she would think that Tachyon was a weirdo and that Dantsu Flame was too fake for smiling too much (probably). I also heard it from somewhere (idk where) that IEI's supposedly have the warmest smiles (Manhattan only does this in the OVA, not in the movie or game to my knowledge).
