I don't know where the ESTP votes are coming from, this girl doesn't use Ti at all. Her Fi, although inferior, is definitely present and always come at her as a callback for all the terrible things she's done. Now I understand why people would think she'd be a Se-dominant given her inpulsivity and impatience but it mostly comes from an unhealthy Te--Ni-Se axis : she plans something, her plan doesn't go as she wanted, she gets mad and often unleash her anger on her surroundings, mostly on other peoples like Jenny or Karine.
