Biografia
يُعرَف أَبُو عَبْد اَللَّه مُحمَّد بْن إِدْريس الشَّافعي المطْلبيَّ اَلقُرشي ( 150 - 204 ه / 767 - 820 م ) كَثالِث اَلأئِمة الأرْبعة عِنْد اِتِّباع اَلسنَة والْجماعة ، وَهُو صَاحِب المذْهب الشَّافعي فِي الفقْه الإسْلاميِّ ، ومؤسِّس عِلْم أُصُول الفقْه . كمَا أَنَّه كان إِمامًا فِي عِلْم التَّفْسير وَعلِم اَلحدِيث ، وَعمِل كَقَاض حَيْث اِشتهَر بِالْعَدْل والذَّكاء . بِالْإضافة إِلى عُلُوم الدِّين ، كان الشَّافعي شاعرًا بِصيغة فَصِيحَة وَرامِيا ماهرًا ورحَّالا مُسافِرًا . يَتَغنَّى بِه العلماء ويمْدحونه Abu Abdullah Muhammad ibn Idris al-Shafi'i al-Muttalibi al-Qurashi is the third of the four Imams recognized by Sunni Muslims. He is the founder of the Shafi'i school of Islamic jurisprudence and the science of usul al-fiqh (principles of Islamic jurisprudence). He was also an Imam in the fields of tafsir (exegesis of the Quran) and hadith (narrations of the Prophet Muhammad). He worked as a judge and was known for his justice and intelligence.
