I can see how Sombra can be an INTJ. One of the scenes in the comics stood out to me (My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic #36). After he rid the princesses accordingly, he told Radiant Hope, "I have been gone for a long time. I need some time to think." He tells her to stay away while he gains energy by spending time by himself. He was also isolated and bullied by the other crystal ponies as a colt, which could have contributed to his mistrust of any creature nowadays. The debate on whether he is introverted or extroverted is funny because he has different personalities from the comics and the show; though, he seems more introverted in the comics and earlier seasons than in season nine. In the show, he forces helmets on ponies to wipe out any emotional expression and personal character. The enslaved ponies couldn't speak or think at all. He planned out a lifestyle where he'd come up with solutions by himself, with no creatures having a say in the matter. His idealized life was to have everypony brainwashed, with him sitting atop a throne, with no need to interact with the others. Through his elaborate and dramatic speeches with the others, he may appear extroverted. Also, in general, he heavily emphasizes that he prefers working by himself, believing he is more productive and sufficient if he were removed from collaborative groups (e.g., Tirek, Grogar, and Chrysalis). He operates better independently.
Biografia
A cruel unicorn who took over the Crystal Empire and enslaved its inhabitants 1000 years ago, and declared himself its King. Celestia and Luna banished him and turned him into a living shadow, but not before he cursed the Crystal Empire to vanish with him. During the events of the show, the Crystal Empire returns and brings Sombra's spirit with it, and he attempts to complete his resurrection and continue what he started — the conquest of the Crystal Empire and then all of Equestria.
