He strikes me as an ISTP with very well developed ni - also rather reserved and antisocial. I don't see how people vote for 9w8 since he seems so much more obsessed with control and power. His radio songs undoubtably have more of a 9 vibe but his other tracks are more focussed on power and success rather than peace of mind.
