I rly don't think he's an ISTJ with inferior Ne. If he was, he would question or at least be uncomfortable with Se-In constantly using Ne. But it's actually the opposite; he's very used to it, and even helps her with improving her crazy plans, so INTJ makes more sense, and in chapter 29 it's very clear that he sees patterns. Yeah, Ig INFJ could work too, but he seems to have more Fi (INTJ) than Fe, and I don't think him helping her is Fe bc she's his crush after all.
